Had an emergency come up at a time when the emergency vet wasn’t open. We had to have our cat put down. Staff was polite but treated the situation as if we would be establishing care and coming back frequently which Added a ton more stress to the situation because I felt as if they were underestimating the situation. We did end up discussing other options but it was a little hard to communicate at times.

Yes she's working someplace else. She was my absolute favorite. Dr. Freese is really great too. I believe she's still there. Those were always my favs, but got closer to Landry.

You should just call them and ask. They are pretty fair priced.
You should call them for an estimate. This most likely will involve sedation if they are that close to the skin and the cat is not happy with you brushing or shaving.
