To say that I am happy is an understatement. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and it is all due to my salesperson, Meaghan. Through the whole process she was nothing but kind and willing to help me in every way possible. I have never bought a new car before so I was overwhelmed, but she made the process as stress free as possible. I am so thankful that I got the chance to work with her, and Koch RT 2 Toyota is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing salesperson. Thank you so much.

We had a seamless transaction coming in for our third lease with Koch Toyota. Ask for Walter, he was great to deal with! He gave us our best buying experience so far. My second lease had damage from an accident, and we were able to get into our third lease early to avoid the headache of the mechanic and a rental car.

Came in for an oil change and ended up needing a new oil housing cap because they had to break mine off since Valvoline put it on too tight and couldn’t take it off themselves either. Leyda and Keith were so helpful in helping me understand the what and why. They weren’t pushy about anything and checked with me before doing any work to make sure I was in agreement. I will only service my car here from now on! Thank you!

I’ve purchased 4 cars, all from reputable car dealers such as Jeep, Honda, and Toyota in this area, and this is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I typically do not review based of negative experiences, but I have had at least 5 in this single transaction. The sales manager I worked with the day of purchase was extremely rude, and barely allowed me to step outside to make a phone call when making the deal. When stating I wanted to talk this over with a family member, I was met with a toxic attitude that this was not okay and to decide there on the spot. This was the moment I should have walked out, but proceeded to purchase due to the time, frame of needing a new vehicle. Once all paperwork and finance applications were complete, and I was told I could take the car home that day, I was informed the dealer made an error and they didn’t have the title to the car. A week passed before they had this and I was able to take the car home, and anytime I reached out to them to check in, I was either ignored or given attitude for bothering them. When I finally picked up the car, there was still a stain in the seat that I was assured could be removed, and they stated they were ordering a better cleaner to remove the stain. Over a month later, I continue to be ignored when I reach out to my sales worker regarding the status of this cleaner, to see if they will still be doing this. All around an unpleasant experience, and I am saddened I gave my business here.

Speak with the service department, usually keys can be ordered by your vehicle identification number, or VIN for short.
Mine is 2003, so may be dated but it could be 1 of 2 places. Both are in the cargo area (trunk). Try looking for a chamber on the side, you need to pop open or under the mat next to your spare tire. If your nut requires a key, I'm sorry I can't help as I never used that feature.
As always, are you replacing or "fixing" a portion of the rack. Call service they can give you a ballpark figure (labor per hour, parts.)
I found that my 2018 highlander had a really outdated infotainment system. However, the newer models have fixed this and have a much better one.
Sure or you can call there. Theres never pressure to purchase or at least we didn't feel any when we had questions about a car we actually bought from there (they agre great) hope this helps
Yes. Shouldn't be a problem
Idk I've worked with Jermaine Phillips
