Waste of money and time. They shorted us chicken but we got to watch a live show because an employee got into it with her boyfriend in the dining area and she got loud and violent and it was quite the show. The chicken was dry and old the biscuits were hard as a rock. Gross. Nevermind getting chicken in Peoria at all, all your chicken places are awful! All of them! Of course northerners can't cook chicken 🙄

Arrived at drive thru Sunday at 530 ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes. Did not ask if I wanted original or extra crispy. Sat at speaker waiting finally pulled to window and the attendant in a hoodie asked what I wanted? I replied I had an order. She in turn turned to her boss Britney and said this white girl is rude you need to take it🤔 needless to say I did not get food from this establishment. The service has gone downhill at this location

Waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru. Did not have product available for what I wanted so had to have a mixed order. Got home and pretty much everything tasted good but could not tell the difference between extra crispie and regular. Worker at window shoved food out the window and then shut it and turned away. I will probably try to use another location from now on.

Terrible. I have yet to find a decent KFC, but this one is pretty terrible. Came through a couple weeks ago and they were onlying accepting EXACT CASH. Which tells me they were pocketing the money. The food was gross, probably sitting under heat lamps for hours. The chicken tenders were rubbery, fries were soggy.
