State Farm let us down. So dissapointing! John Grillo with his years of experience yet has gained no seniority - has no authority to do what's right and take control of a local situation to help a customer. So basically, he told us our policy as is - stands. He had zero influence to help s customer. We will start shopping.. a bummer. Thought he was better than that!
