Wife took her car there with noise on drivers side front,paid to have it checked on,was told it needed wheel bearing and hub,cost about $600 plus,Wfie took car to our mechanic.bearing and hub ok,trouble caused by bad tire..Bought new tires,noise gone..complained to Thomas tire in person,No money back .you would think a “tire company” would know?

I bought two front tires here two weeks later bought the two back tires! The people here are just so nice to work with they listen and give their opinion and you decide just that simple after my tires were put on they balanced everything and I was on my way quick and easy! I like them and would recommend others to try them!

Went to have my truck inspection which failed with two minor codes...I then asked for a quote on what it would take to repair and have inspection completed they called and told me it would be 1197.00 for a gas cap and oil pressure sensor, which both item's together were not 150.00 total....I went to pick up my truck and pay the amout for the failed inspection which was 23.75 ...... they wrote the ticket up for 156.64 and was saying i asked for advanced diagnostic which was the general print out from the inspection...when i confronted the manager after calling another tire center to confirm they were charging false charge's they were Saying i asked for this and not even close to being correct...they charged my account for 156.64 and did nothing but plug in inspection computer which was 23.75.....i would not allow this place to sale me a bolt for a tire and will not go back!!!!! HORRIBLE customer service.
