I purchased a new Chrysler 300S from North Point CDJR. The car was ordered to my specifications and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and very courteous. I was kept up to date on the status of the order and was advised upon its delivery. We scheduled a time for picking up the car and the paperwork went very smoothly. They even synced our phones for us. There was no hidden agenda by anyone and all was above board. This was our second purchase from this dealer even though other dealers are closer to where we live. It really is comforting to purchase a car from someone you know you can trust.

Great customer service. Came in for one issue and there were several other problems. Realizing this unexpected bill was mounting Todd worked with me to prioritize the repairs needed and then went out of his way to bundle a few individual items into a single repair at a less expensive price tag. I've used North Point for about 7 year but recently moved and am now 45 minutes away. With the latest service I received I'll continue coming here for everything instead of finding a shop closer.
