Their focus is online, but very nice to have this retail option right in Portland. I was under a time crunch for some gear I couldn't find at the bigger outdoor sports shops and Trident had exactly what I needed with helpful and very knowledgeable staff.

Just the name attached and the price IMHO. I am an older limited income fly fisherman on a budget, fishing a large variety of species and conditions/ waters and it is more the fisherman's abilities rather than the name rand equipment that their using IMHO.
Call them, find out who they ship with and date it was sent...then call the shipper and get the info
