Ordered a pizza near close cuz I got the close time confused with another place. Website didn't warn me, and the store never called. The tracker on the website stayed on "prep" the whole time. I waited for an hour but in the end I was charged for food I never received.

I'm very satisfied. Customer service was great. The good was hot and delicious and exactly how I wanted it made not burnt. Didn't have to wait long. Thanks guys you was on point today

1 Star is being very, very generous. Absolutely terrible service at this dump. I tried 3 *3* times - that's 3 - to order pizzas for our employees and each time we were hung up on. Those 3 times lost them 15 local customers ( we work in Fulton Market). We went elsewhere for our order.15 pizzas. *15* This Domino's has ghetto service. Super Ghetto. Lazy people. Lazy. This is why a business loses clients. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a pizza place. We laughed it off because this is this type of service one expects in the ghetto from people in the ghetto. Your loss.

Today is Friday 12-3-2021 at 9pm i went in to place a order, the young lady who took my order was very unprofessional she had both hear headphones In her ear she wouldn't speak up so i can hear, so of course she got my order WRONG, and NO she didn't give me a receipt for me to make sure my order was correct. I asked for wings she gave me bread twist and the pizza was burnt and hard. DO NOT GO INTO TO THIS DOMINO's for Nothing!!!!
