Worst Jerk I’ve EVER had. Cabbage was EXTREMELY soggy, catfish was the tiniest little things I’ve ever seen, red beans and rice had 10 beans and the rice was hard, the yams were OK. I wanted to try a different Jerk spot & I regret not going to my Go To spot, “Exclusive Jerk” in Chicago Heights. I will NEVER eat from this place again.

I order two dinners a half white and a oxtail dinner… I sent mom to pick the food up before she went to work….Once I received the food, my large oxtail dinner was Burt and not edible I tried to take a bite and it wasn’t even chewable… I immediately call to speak to the manager the Girl yes Girl because apparently she wasn’t not trained properly on how to talk to people less alone customers. She became rude and frustrated when I keep explain what was wrong with my food and I asked for a manager. She then passed the phone to a guy by the name of Steven who said he could help. Steven indicated to me to tell whom ever at the front that I spoke with him and that I’m old a large oxtail dinner with two sides. So I sent my mom back today granite is been a week since I ordered the food. I wanted to pick up the replacement order just for someone to tell me that Steven had no say so and telling me that my order could be replaced Because he’s not a manager he’s just a cashier part of the management team reached out to the owner and the only resolution was for me to spend more money on food that I was not able to eat… I want be going back here to support this establishment, which is sad because as a business they should want provide a good resolution for their Patriots… I spent over $60.00 to have half of it wasted…

I just purchased 2 jerk chicken dinners that added up to $44, and they advertised it for $14.99 for a jerk chicken dinner. I asked and they just stated, we haven’t changed it!! Really, that’s it!! The bread was stale, and the chicken was so dry, it taste like it was cooked yesterday. When serving to the public, I feel these restaurants have an obligation to stand by the food they sell and the price advertised. I have had enough with these types of establishments!!

Ordered takeout from here. Two meals jerk shrimp meal, and oxtail. Shrimp was over cooked and gummy. Oxtails look big but was covered in fat little to no meat. Macaroni was overcook. “Jerk” had no spice/heat.
