If I could give no stars I would! I received a service by queen in country club hills and she did not properly protect my hair for the glue in style I got. She had me under the dryer for an hour and 30 mins which caused the wig cap and glue to be burned to my hair. It had to be cut out which cause hair loss and hair damaged. She said there wasn’t anything she could do about it. The owner and manager was careless also.

The man that did my hair was never rude. Not the owner. Needed my ends clipped. No style or anything. Freshly washed hair. Hair was slightly damp bc it had been raining all day and roughly combed my hair, didn’t blow dry enough to make sure he was getting it even. Haven’t gotten my ends clipped in months so i knew they were horrible and anybody with eyes could tell. He clipped maybe 4-5 sections and was done. After complaining about my ends being scraggly & him acting oblivious, I asked the only black woman working there and she agreed but if he had to blow dry my only damp hair to get all the scraggly ends he was going to charge $30. POOR customer service. First and last time I ever make a trip here ever. There wasn’t anyone in the shop you could’ve quickly ran a blow dry through my hair just to make sure it was going to get cut properly. How can u even see when it’s half damp half dry? Just horrible. I’m never going back here. I miss the days customer service mattered. U lost what could’ve been a repeat client being an a hole & doing a rush job like there was any other customers. 24 hours for no reason. I’m disgusted. $20 for a 5 minutes trim.
