Smiling Hill Farm takes Xmas trees. You'd have to call Freeport to find out if wolfs neck takes them.

Yes. No hayrides today due to the weather but the farm store is open
I do not believe they allow hunting on their property, both because of the livestock they have and all the hiking trails that run through the forest. Best bet is to call the farm office. I don't know the number offhand but I am sure Google can find it! Again, this is just my best guess based off what I have seen from all the times I have taken my family.
