I started coming to Dolton bowling alley in the early 1970’s , it was a fantastic experience, but now I wouldn’t waste my time. The lanes are in poor or broken condition, management is rude, parking lot is risky. Do yourself a favor and go to the better bowling alleys and pay the higher price for cleaner conditions,lanes that actually work, for decent balls, and for contact with employees that like dealing with the paying public.

The bar manager needs a attitude adjustment She needs a class in customer service. You don't come to a customer the wrong way if they have a complaint. It's a way to speak to people with respect.

Overall very good bowling experience. Lanes for the most part are oiled very nicely. I had a huge tournament there, and the staff handled it very well. One thing I would say is sometimes the lanes randomly shut down. After a strike, it can take up to 2 minutes for the pins to get set up. And many times it did drop the pins so we had to reset the lanes. Service on the food was also very slow. We ordered a pizza and it took around an hour and a half to get it. But beside that it was a perfect experience. Good food, service and atmosphere. Easy parking as well. Very nice.
