I ordered 7 quarts of Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-20. When I went to pick up, Napa guy tried to give me 5 quarts of Pennzoil Platinum and 2 quarts of Ultra Platinum. He literally argued with me that they were the same exact thing. Then sold me the wrong filter wrench.

Everyone was wearing masks and socially distancing. There are screens between the staff and customers. The only thing I didn't see was hand sanitizer.
