This place is horrible. First of all they have terrible service and second of all there is always a mistake in the order. We have came here so many times and we keep getting ripped off on our order. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I ordered a chicken baja bowl and paid for extra chicken and instead got no chicken. Went back to ask for it to be fixed and was handed a cup of fatty chicken scraps. What the heck is this?

I go to a lot of Paneras, this one is stellar. Manger or owner (bald guy) is on top of things and it doesn’t seem like they are horribly understaffed. Very quick service and friendly.

Food is good. Staff is friendly. Tables were not cleaned. Heat was set too high. (Other people were complaining about it as well.)
