The employee got my order wrong and argued with me about it while another employee told her that she heard me wrong. She then didn’t bring me my corrected order for several minutes after it was made. Terrible service and worse attitude

Terrible service make my drinks terrible even when I ask please make it the correct way . NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !!! Poored this out looked nothing like the picture and tasted as bad as it looked Don't come to this location!!!

This location is severely inconsistent with their product and their staff is unprofessional and rude. I've come here every day for a week straight, and I've had to get my drinks remade (I order online to make sure it's the way I want it) and it still tastes disgusting. Having worked with coffee, you CANNOT use hot brewed coffee for an iced coffee. You can taste the difference. This location has been nothing but disappointing
