Elk are located across the street from the Chevy dealer. The park is nice and very large. Great for walking and biking. There were many bikers.

Gorgeous hiking and biking trails. Lots of spots to rest and picnic at. One of our favorite spots to experience nature at.

Took the family out on a gorgeous February day. Even in the winter this is a great place for a hike in nature.

I'm surprised it's taken me this long to hike Busse woods. It is a fantastic location with paved trials, amenities, and lots of nature. It was especially beautiful on this Fall day.

I would recommend a permit for that group and you can request a picnic shelter. You can picnic without a permit but for a large group you'll want to reserve tables so get a permit.
