They were nice enough folks came out on time and did quick work. On the negative I Had a high end purebred beef butchered by these guys but received low end meat in return.

The meat is amazing. It's the best bacon and pork belly I have ever tasted! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Safe and sensible Covid 19 precautions. Longs meat market used to be my go-to for quality meats. Then I found this place! Definitely an upgrade. Don't let the look of the place fool you!

They do sell jerky! You can call then to ask about pepperoni:)
So, interesting question. Normally, beef comes alive and if you only want half, someone else needs to get the other half. You probably provide the animal. You have a kill fee, the there is the hanging time, then you pay for butchering and wrapping. If you just want a collection of cuts, you can get those starting around $5 a pound. If you want a half beef you need to find someone to split with. You can pick up animals at the Eugene Livestock Auction for less than $1 a pound, but then there is the processing.
Unfortunately no they do not butcher chickens if you bring them in.
