SERIOUSLY... The best banking partner I have ever had. I recently moved accounts and had a laundry list of things I needed... overall, a bank that makes my life easier, not harder. Atlantic FCU over-delivers on everything. The on-line platform allows me to see at a glance every account I have... makes transferring simple. The Customer Service is amazing. If there's anything more to ask for, I can't think of it.

I love this credit union! The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful and available. I have never had trouble with anything that couldn't be fixed within a day. I used to love banking with Atlantic Regional, but in the past year, service has gone completely downhill. I now find them harder to reach, completely unable to help in situations that were previously easy to resolve in the past, and I find my debit card held nearly every time I make an online purchase that is outside of New England, which seems laughable in 2020. I'll be switching to Bank of America where I know my money is good worldwide.

Made an online purchase on a Friday afternoon, and AFCU locked my account for the duration of the weekend. Very unpleased with their fraudulent charge policy. There was no notification that my account had been locked, nor had they notified me to confirm if it was a fraudulent charge or not, their automatic system just assumed. IF I SEE A CHARGE THAT I DIDNT MAKE I WILL NOTIFY YOU, otherwise leave my account alone!
