Love this location! The Manager, Amy, is so customer focused, friendly, honest, and so helpful. This is probably the best Coach outlet that I have been too. I will definitely return!

No jackets olny purses in coach store
Hi, I purchased a coach bag at your store in April I believe. It is basically denim with the Coach signature. It has been well maintained and I was very pleased with it until the zipper started to act weird. Sometimes it stops closing in the middle of the action and sometimes it just pops open. Since I live in Massachusetts, I wonder if I have to bring it back to the Kittery store or can I bring it back to the Wrentham store?
