Absolutely disgusting and poor service!! I would give it zero stars if it would let me!!!! I spent over 20 minutes in line waiting for 4 cars orders. The car in front of me received the wrong order and had to be refunded and reordered. When given my food the proceeded to give me the wrong order. They had to redo my order as well. They still gave me the wrong blizzard(which they did replace, and correctly). However, the first bag of food they handed me was cold! I let them know right away and they replaced my food. When I grabbed the bag the bag was warm. I didn't even get out of the drive thru when I realized my food was, again, cold!! I can't back up because of the cars so I pull around front. They apparently have the lobby closed. I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do about my order unless I wanted to wait in line, again, for likely cold food. At this point the line for the drivethru is into the highway!! I was not waiting again. They would not correct my food, nor refund me. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. Make this right! At least give me a refund for the disgusting cold soggy food and wrong beverage you gave me! And train your staff on how to prepare food. I don't know how you could ever pass a food inspection at this rate(this is not the first time I've had this experience there, let alone other people I know!!).

HORRIBLE!! fries were undercooked, toast was untoasted, and the gravy had the texture of water and smelled disgusting. Not to mention that they didn’t flip either of our blizzards because they were fully melted once we got them. Should be shut down, but while you’re here please enjoy this picture of the “gravy” i received.

Worst order every!!! My order was completely messed up and the food that I did get was terrible. The fries were under cooked, the chicken strips were under cooked, they forgot the toast and extra toast I paid for, they forgot my drink, the gravy was watered down and inedible. It truly bothers me!!! My family has been in the Dairy Queen business for 50+ years and this Dairy Queen is ruining the Dairy Queen name 😤

The food is normally fine. If I got it all. I’ve lived in sedro for over two years, thursday nights we go to Dairy Queen for a weekly treat, without fail every single time we go we have to either sit in the line and inspect everything and then ask for what we’re missing or we pull out of line and inspect and have to loop around to get what we’re missing. Every single time. Slow is efficient, efficient is fast.
