This place is terrible. Not only are they incapable of doing their jobs correctly, they're rude as well! If you need prescriptions, DO NOT go to Nasson Health Care!!!! Especially if they're a life saving medication or something your body could withdrawal from. You will never get your prescriptions sent in on time and you'll be calling for days or even weeks trying to remind them and they ignore you. I've been hung up on by receptionists and nurses. They tell me the doctor was sent an email and just hang up. One time I was told not to call back about my medicine again, they will call me when it's sent it. they never called, I had to keep calling them, then two days later the problem was fixed. The np they had write the prescription wasn't qualified to do so, so the pharmacy rejected it. Please do not go to these guys, they truly are awful and don't care about their patients lives at all. The right hand never knows what the left is doing and I really don't know how these people haven't been shut down yet for the way they treat patients and withhold life saving medication.

For the 1-2 years I was seen by Dr. Cornelio. I couldn't be more pleased. He became part of my "team" to pursue a diagnosis that was unresolved for some time. Now that he has moved, I have decided to follow. Trust is important, and a physician who is highly recommended if you need someone who is constantly developing their craft to help patients.

I had dental today. Dr. Mendez and her assistant Nicole were super friendly and professional! They did an amazing job! Thanks!

I’ve been a patient for 10+ years. The NP I had recently retired. She truly cared about her patients. She listened and always made a decision after a thorough examination. She was honest and never treated me with anything but respect Since she retired I’ve had the privilege of being treated very poorly by the staff. Instead of listening to me and really reviewing my medical chart they refused to treat me and I ended up having to go to the ER. Now because I’m asking questions and wondering why I even have a primary caregiver they have decided to take away my medication without any examination or explanation other than the medication that has been working for 10+ years is doing me harm. They have offered no alternatives to taking away medication that help with my breathing . My mental illness and my physical movement. Just take it all away and treat me like I’m nothing more than a file with insurance. I truly believe that this decision on their part falls somewhere in the malpractice category.
