This must be the saddest sandwich I ever bought, Thank God I opened it and looked at it …it came with extra ingredients ( see picture below) let’s not talk about the service smh, they rush you and then when you repeat your order to make sure is right they hit you with an angry response I GOT THAT! I said it 3 times that I wanted no tomato and guess what I got on my sandwich “ tomato “ …I will never order from this location again! In the world we live in right now you should try and do better !

After confirming my pickup order, they ended up substituting the signature bagels with whatever stale bagels they had left. The bagels were not toasted and had the consistency/taste of cardboard. They forgot the additional egg on each sandwich and it took them 45 mins to make

Stopped in today and ordered a sandwich, but upon arriving home to eat it I found that my sandwich was made completely wrong. Ordered straight off the menu (turkey bacon avocado) no alterations, and instead received a sandwich with no bacon, two different sauces than what comes on it, and cucumbers added to it. The way this sandwich was made isn't on the menu at all so not sure where they came up with this one. The staff was very nice, just a bummer to make it all the way home with an incorrectly made sandwich.
