Bought a disposable vape 2 days ago. Before purchasing the associate had me try it out to make sure it worked, which was a unique experience and I found a bit odd, and to my surprise the vape did not work. The associate didn’t seem all that surprised and handed me another one to try. This one worked, but I should’ve followed my gut and asked for a refund altogether, because here we are 2 days later and the $34 vape has stopped working. Went back and spoke to the same associate who helped me initially and was very unhelpful, saying she could not do anything for me per the owner. Literally never write negative reviews but when a local business isn’t there to help it’s local patrons, it’s a big no for me. And judging by other reviews this place has a reputation for this kind of thing - absolutely won’t be returning.

Check online prices before you buy ANYTHING here. I was charged $69.99 for a vape that was $12.99 online. My own fault for not comparing prices before I purchased. Next, I was told the pods for the WARLOCK pea lasted at least a week. One pod ended up lasting three days. I was also told the pods "wouldn't be more than $10". When I went back each pod was $19.99. However, customer service was very friendly to me. I personally just don't like the prices.
