Technically we live next door to it, I’ve never been. It I’m sure it’s fantastic who doesn’t like some good ol fashioned medical care. Actually nevermind I don’t want old fashioned medical care that sounds painful and unsanitary. Anyways go there I’m sure they will patch you right up but when there keep a look out for Mango & Peaches the cute kitties and Coltrane the lovable Husky.

Sort of a mixed bag here. Very kind and compassionate staff. Took a while to get various test results and speak to various providers, but all staff were efficient and mostly communicative, although at times I did not know what I was being tested for and why. However, my initial diagnosis was thrown out (I’m no medical professional, I realize, but my symptoms matched and it was the most logical option based on how I was feeling) and it has taken me more than 24 hours to get test results back to determine what I have. I was left sitting for around 2.5 hours without anyone communicating what I was waiting for or what was going on. Reasonable care but only if you don’t need to know what’s going on urgently and you’re willing to wait. Edit: I was misdiagnosed with Lyme disease and received antibiotics that made me feel more ill and throw up for several days. They didn’t even test me, a young person, for Mono at the time, which is what I ended up having. Not impressed.

Brought my daughter in to be seen, with my husband. Was told they are only allowing one parent… looked up the visitor policy for pediatrics. They are allowing TWO parents. I called and asked to confirm if they are apart of Maine Med, and the girl who answered the phone had the worst attitude possible. Passed me off to someone else who was still saying one person but had a way better attitude. Front desk was rude as well. If your policies “change everyday” with covid, then you should probably have someone getting your policies up to date and current. Will not come here again.

I came here after experiencing chest pains and neck cramps so bad I could not breathe. I recently had a root canal and was prescribed no antibiotics, their main concern was a blood clot or covid. They insisted I had no infection and it was impossible. After multiple test such as covid, cat scans , MRI , bloodwork they found no diagnosis and said well if you have your covid vaccine if it is covid you won’t die. I called my primary after and they Prescribed me antibiotics immediately and questioned the treatment I received from Brighton. I felt better after my first dose, which was needed and it saved me. If I could zero stars I would. I understand you are understaffed but there is no excuse for completely doing unnecessary test and to write off an infection that could of cost me my life.

You can go to Brighton, I'd call ahead for wait times /appointment. You can also go to the airport for testing which was super easy. If you do rapid testing, ie find out in an hour, it's 25 dollars.
I don't know.
