Katie was super awesome and originally asked if it was OK if my laundry would be done Saturday because they were backed up… This was on a Thursday evening. Then I get a text message just a few hours later on Thursday telling me my laundry was done. I was not in a rush but I think I might have made a face so she thought it was important and I think it is super sweet that She put a rush on my laundry just based on that. They are super sweet super organized and super efficient at what they do and it is so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Katie!!!!
