One of the worse customers service ever . I being a mechanic for over 25+ year . They had me wait two hours no call I called them and they told me couldn't do my alignment and oil change said my dip stick didn't come out . I pulled dip stick came out with no problem. The alignment lower control bushing had play so couldn't do my alignment I lifted my car there was no play . Brought my other car and they did put my tire on ripping my walls on brand new tires and bead sealed so it doesn't leak . They balanced my tire and I have a vibrate on steering after 55 never had this before with my old tires brought to another shop and tire balance was completely off . Then I tell the manager and tells me that the rim was bent on the back that why it shake. This is a perfect example of a person that doesn't know what he speaks about . I highly recommend no one to go to this shop there not certified and put on parts put on . Then regional manager call me to give me a 25 dollar off that help with the inconvenience and unprofessional service I got I will never use a Mavis shop again . Be on upsetting . Oh let's not leave this out neither my left front tires nut wasn't tightened and had my three year old with me .

Peter at Mavis in Florida NY was amazing to deal with. He was able to get my car into their shop near their closing time. While, Middletown and Walden locations turned me away. I was only expecting to get a tire patched. However, Peter went above and beyond and was able to replace all four tires in less then 30 minutes before they closed. I’m glad that Florida Mavis has people like Peter on their team.

I recommend this store highly because if you are not completely satisfied with the work or if you believe something wasn’t done right you can always speak with the Mavis discount tire staff and they will explain the whole process to you and make it all right so that you are satisfied with the work performed on your vehicle 💯 %! thanks again guys!
