Claim Jumper Restaurants

A sports bar and then some. Short but excellent menu. We were in the area for a wedding and the concierge gave us a large list of dining places to choose from during our two day stay. Picked Claim Jumper on a whim and wound up going there twice, it's that good. A bit pricey but excellent food, service and atmosphere. We're not in the area often but when we are this place will be on our list.

Should have went back to our car when we saw a customer leaving this place on a stretcher. Had reservations for Mother's day at 6:30pm and was told it would be 15-20mins to be seated. We waited Saw the paramedics rush in to a table..... scoop a gentleman up on a stretcher and leave with him. I thought it was Strange but figured maybe a blood sugar problem or something.... we were finally seated then placed a order for drinks and apps... they didnt have the spinach dip so we got pretzel bites and cauliflower bites... waited 30 mins to get the pretzels and was told by the waitress that the cauliflower would be out next. Waited 20 mins then the manager comes to the table saying "I'm sorry about that we don't have cauliflower bites we're out." I showed frustration because I dont understand why I was told it would be out shortly if you were out. He said ill make sure it's not on the bill... we said ok he looks at me and says ma'am you ok? In a rude way and I said no im not and don't ask me that leave me alone. He says WOW loudly and walks away. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. We order dinner I got the blackened pasta and my bf got the meatloaf. We waited 45 minutes for our food then it arrives cold and burnt. My pasta was bland and cold and i didn't get the garlic cheese bread that came with it. I asked the waitress for it and she said it will be out shortly. I'm pregnant and I was ready to eat and of course it took 15 mins to get the bread. My Mac n cheese was cold and hard as well. My bf had burnt freezer burnt meatloaf with cold veggies. The both of us love food and if we don't finish a meal something is wrong! Our waitress didnt ask how was everything just asked if we wanted boxes and we said no. I began to feel sick after eating so we went home. I couldn't even make it home before I pulled over to puke. I threw up 3 times! Really thought I'd have to go to the hospital. Stay away from this place!

We met friends here for dinner and had 6:30 reservations. The hostess was very pleasant and took us to our table- no waiting at all. Our server, Tiffany, was so good. She had quite a few tables and yet was very patient with us. We hadn’t seen these friends for a while so we were catching up on everything and she was very understanding when we said we weren’t ready to order yet. We did not feel rushed at all (other restaurants always make us feel like we need to order right away). The loaded potato skins were delicious! My friend had salmon and she loved it. Her husband had a burger and said it was very good. I had cheese pizza which was delicious. The meat loaf wasn’t as good as my husband had hoped but his Mac and cheese was very good. Carrot cake was phenomenal! Overall it was a wonderful evening and we enjoyed everything. Nice employees and good food.

Nice venue, place is huge which I liked because of spacing. Service was good and food was good. They have a nice selection on th menu and the deserts are amazing.
