I would actually give it 0 stars but have to give it a 1. So I didn't want to leave a bad review to the public but after sending them a private message about our experience and only getting a thumbs up as a response back, I will now tell the public about our bad experience. We only ordered 2 taco dinner plates and 1 coke. It took almost an hour for our dinner to arrive. When it finally came the rice and beans were cold. So disappointing when we had wanted to try this place for quite sometime. So goodbye and will promise to tell other family and friends to avoid this place at all costs. Hope you found satisfaction with your thumbs up response. Also turn down your flipping music! 👍

Our family went to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. 3 of us arrived a little late but the hostess and manager refused to seat us with the rest of our party. They claimed the table next to the rest of our party had been reserved even though the restaurant was at 50% capacity at best. There was ample room to accommodate any other large group. All we requested was that the large table be switched with two smaller tables., the late comers would occupy one of those leaving the other one available. There wouldn’t have been any space lost but management refused. We would have understood if the restaurant was completely full and an active waiting list but none of these were true. So we had sit at a different table the entire time. Then the check came in and noticed the food ordered by the late comers was included with the rest of the group. We requested that the check be split accordingly to tables and the waiter informed us it couldn’t be done since we were one group. We stood our ground and the restaurant finally split the check but charged the smaller table of 3 persons automatically an 18% gratuity!!! The food was ok but we are not going there again. We hope the owners read this review and make the necessary changes in customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, MEDIOCRE FOOD. used to be good, we visited for the first time after 1 year. Took about 2 hours to get our food and when we finally got it , it was wrong! Had to wait an extra 30 min to get it right. Everybody seems disorganized and waiters usually stay in the back and never check on tables. My wife and child never got refills on their drinks and we never received an apology for taking so long and food being wrong. Food was salty, shrimp was overcooked. I will not be coming back here. Which is disappointing because I remember it being so good. Also they include their tip automatically on the check at 18% which is fine IF the service was good or at least average. Maybe that's why they don't try so hard. Just a horrible experience.
