Got my wedding ring resized last year and was pleased until I noticed holes coming through the seam. They took it back, for free, to fix the holes (after trying to assure me that it was normal and wearable still). The work was done quickly but I never received a call. Finally after a month, I called and they told me they were slammed busy and couldn't find it. I was also scolded for not having a work order slip when the lady that took the ring in never gave me anything. Then called me back an hour later after finding it with a note claiming they called after a week and I had no voicemail (not true, it's been set up and functional for years). I have no record of missed calls from them. Then when I finally went to pick up, I put it on and it was smaller and had to get it cut off at the fire station. Sure, they offered to repair it. But no way am I going back.

I took my precious artisan wedding ring to be upsized and they did a great job! The ring fits perfect and they tightened the stone and cleaned it up beautifully. The sizing is invisible! The store is immaculate and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My repair was done on the promised day and was actually $25 less than estimated! They are very professional and I would trust them with any jewelry repairs I need in the future. I noticed they had an amazing selection of new jewelry as well!
