I have been doing business with this shop for years. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. I have bought many machines for a variety of reasons. I have just given my granddaughter the first Gem that I purchased twenty years ago; I hated to part with it but she was ready to learn how to sew and I knew it would be serviced the same today as when I purchased it. I might add that a Janome machine usually only needs a check up and a cleaning. They don’t just sell you a Janome sewing machine, they go out of their way to make sure you know how to use it. Another wonderful feature of this shop is they carry your machine to your car. I found it very easy to rate this shop with the highest rating that is offered. (They also are a dealer of Featherweight machines of which I have purchased two from Bittersweet). I recommend this shop to every one confidentially.

My Janome MB4 broke. My husband, who can repair most things, told me we needed to find the best repair shop. I posted on Facebook that I was willing to drive anywhere in the North East but needed to find the best repair service possible.
