Store clerk was rude and yelled at me when I asked questions. Somehow the transaction seemed more focused on his feelings than the customer's. Overall, one of the more unpleasant experiences.

The staff at this UPS store in Rutland are RUDE. The man with the beard and glasses was condescending, mean and not helpful. I was sending company gifts, and the bill was $166.00 for packing and shipping. I send company gifts often, and I will avoid this store even if I must travel further to get there. Hard to believe ANYONE wants to put up with that.

Today is 11-16-21, this is my 3rd time in there and they are so rude. Acting like they don't want to be there and being so condescending I can't believe these two guys have not been complained on before. One of the guys with a beard and glasses won't drop name even said out loud to his coworker that it's going to be a bad day for everyone today. He should be evaluated.
