Didn't cook the food through, left food on porch and didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door to notify us food was there. Store staff is rude and think they are above you, when calling in order or calling to complain. Delivery drivers are rude.

I keep making the same mistake of trusting this place. Tonight for the 3rd time of the last 5 times ordering, my order got made and not delivered because something happened to the driver. The other two times my order was delivered 30 mins later than estimated time. Today, I went to the store to pick up my order instead of canceling, and my pizza wasn't fully cooked, there was raw dough in the middle of the pizza. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I waited an extra 10 minutes for my order, and everything was cold. The toppings were thrown on in clumps, and the pizzas hadn’t even been cut properly. The lobby was dirty. The employees were rude, and no one had their hair tied back or was wearing a hat to keep their hair out of food. Disgusting, I won’t be back.

PSA Dont go to the Burlington Pizza Hut if you expect good service. I ordered the marinara pasta and she brought me a chicken alfredo pasta and told me they "accidentally made the wrong pasta but it will be right out." My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza, but apparently he was supposed to specify that he wanted classic pizza sauce because he got a pizza with some white sauce on it. He also ordered a garlic sauce cup and when he asked for it she brought out 3 cups of marinara sauce.
