Great experience here. The staff was helpful and patient in responding to a bunch of questions. Came out with the best fitting shoes I have ever worn.

I came here a couple of weeks ago looking for a great pair of running shoes to train for a 5k. I ended up receiving help from Kelly who was absolutely wonderful! She walked me through the whole process and had me properly fitted for a pair of neutral running shoes. She was fabulous! I plan on making this store my go-to for new shoes!

I was recommended by my podiatrist to come here so I did and from the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted by Kyle who was Amazing!! I explained to Kyle my issues and he asked me questions which was great and he was able to see what type of sneaker would be a great fit for me. So Kyle did a foot scan which was amazing and you could see exactly how my feet looked and what was going on. So long story short Kyle bought out 3 different kind of sneakers and for my issues the Best fit for my feet where the Hoka brand and my feet were in Heaven felt so Amazing when I got home I didn’t what to take them off. The Best part is I wear a Richie brace and an orthotic and it fit like a glove !! I just want to say .. A Big Thank You to Kyle must see him!! I also have a profile with everything regarding my feet and purchases!! Will be back!! Love my socks as well!! Thank you Kyle!!!

I called the store before i arrived to make sure they had my size (13) btw im 6ft 200 pounds and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I mean from greeting to holding the door open to talking about running shoes etc. I usually try to run every week 3 to 4 times but my knees tend to swell up with fluid. So my goal goes to 2 times a week.(running pace varies (8:35-9ish) Ive been wearing nike for my runs.(nike zoom fly fk) and some diff nike ones aswell. But that morning i looked into brooks running shoes( i have neveR had a pair) but i looked at the TRANSCEND7 and i put them on in the store.... i def walked out the store with them. Amanda helped me out and i complained that some sunglasses i was wearing were to tight for my head and they have some goodr glasses (the brand) that woah!! Amazing little things def recommend them if you just like to wear em. Long story short i went to al lopez park, i ran 4-5 laps and i dont feel pain in my knees and they are NOTTTT swollen. The store and shoes get 5stars. Im not saying dont were nikee. Id wear them again for an actual race or maybe a mile or two. But when im training i run 3-5 miles non stop. For anyone reading with my build or even experiencing the same a little background i was an offensive lineman in HS weighing in max of 265 Get a pair of transcend7 there not narrow, i have a mid arch. I dont have wide feet per say but i cant wear narrow ones🤷♂️ 🤣🤣 lol Light but still have plenty of cushion support.

Hey there Shirley! Definitely bring your shoes and the inserts back in together so we can see what happened! Too small is absolutely no good, but don't worry, we will find a solution!
Yes! We do! Run begins at the store and heads into Flatwoods and back!
