I have had two experiences with the service department and both were entirely positive. I had a very old lamp repaired, and I was concerned as it was fragile and special to me. The second piece was a lighted make up mirror that was over 15 years old and needed a new interior socket and bulb, and a new cord. The repairs on both pieces were done promptly, everything requested was done exactly as discussed, the pieces looked beautiful and the price was more than reasonable. Excellent service.

The counter sales men have always had just what our contractor or electrician needed for all of our home improvement projects. I like that I can create an order and make payments, and when it's all paid for my electrician can pick it up and install it for me! Friendly, helpful staff. Bright, cheerful lighting showroom. To add to what Mike Spagnola said, the showroom is where the lanp repairs go. You would need to drop off the fixture but we would be more than happy to make sure that it is safe and useable before you take it back home.
Yes we will. We charge $1 per lamp on 4ft or smaller linear tubes and $2 for anything longer. CFL lamps are $1.50 each.

Yes we do. We have a variety of ways to do this. You can leave the ballast in and just replace the tubes or bypass the ballast and direct wire to the tubes.
