Asked for a tea with honey. They asked if they could just give me the honey on the side... they couldn't even do that. I got a plain tea. I am extremely disappointed.

They were out of donuts (at around 5 PM, so close to closing) on national donut day, so they gave us 10 free munchkin donuts instead. Their coffee and donuts are delicious, and their customer service is good. I was just sad they were out of donuts when I went. So, 4.5/5 stars for that!

It is 4:45 and I just got a wonderful HOT and fresh cup of coffee after a long week. Look at the perfect and fresh donuts I got as well!! Thank you Dunkin' staff 😀!

I decided to go to this location today instead of the one downtown in ic to get their food, but the pancakes were so dry and hard that I could hammer something in with them. I love their hasbrowns but when I got them they were cold and burnt. They employees also seemed annoyed and like they were having a bad day and let everyone know of it. I hope they can improve cuz I would love to have some good Dunkin! Even the small location has better coffee than this one
