Hallways smells of animal urine. The carpets in the hallways are so dirty you can barely tell the original color. People just leave their trash in the halls. After a good response from the landlords, the property hallways are back to looking amazing and the offending tenant has moved out. I'm happy to raise my review back up.

Staff consistently fails to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness in common areas. Office staff leaves prematurely to their own posted hours of operation. Management has switched a total of 4 times within a 8 month period. They recently informed me that the garage I was renting was inappropriately rented to someone else.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years and have no complaints! My only reason for moving out was due to moving into a house. I enjoyed the apartment size, the fact that you’re able to make the apartment your own by painting, that you’re able to hang things on the wall and participate in monthly resident functions! Michelle in the office is just amazing! She’s great at her job and is a great landlord! I’d miss her but I know I’ll swing on by just to say, “Hi!”.

I lived here almost two years and can't wait for my lease to end. This place has roaches! And I mean roaches! Even after the exterminator comes you still see roaches. I even moved between apartments in my building, to find roaches once again. I have never lived with roaches in my entire life until now. I also have a baby who crawls and walks, she almost touched one that was on the wall near her room. If U hate roaches and unsympathetic workers don't move here you will regret it! i am honestly reviewing this place!.
