3rd time I've sat at the drive up menu for a good 3 minutes with no response. So I left, I'm done with this place.

Food was good but did not get all the items I ordered and paid for. Silly me didn’t check the bag until I got home.

Burgers were good, pop was nice and cold, fries were hard to the point of crispy making them tasteless. Rather long wait to get the order as well. Disappointing..

Tried ordering on the kiosk, so the kids could pick what they wanted. The kiosk froze, pushed the help button, tried waiting at the counter for 5 minutes, no one even looked my way. Finally after standing there for another 3 minutes, an employee walked up to take my order. After everything I ordered she asked "is that all" when she could obviously see there was 6 of us. Finally after getting through that, IT TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES to get us our order which wasn't even correct....our fries were also cold and my iced coffee wasn't even mixed up. I went up to the counter and all they could do was say "oh..sorry" in a snotty tone. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again.
