The doctor and veterinary assistants here were pleasant and the prices were reasonable. However, one of the receptionists was snarky, rude and made it obvious she didn’t enjoy her job. It made me feel unwelcome. Other than that, the services were prompt and accurate by the vet and her assistants. We were in and out in less than an hour.

My cat MJ has been sick for quite some time now. Ive brought her to various banfields over the last 2 years hoping for answers to her condition and was always told it was just her upper respiratory system and that she just gets chronic infections. Wednesday I brought my cat in because she was extremely weak and having trouble breathing. They told me it was a URI and gave me antibiotics for her. Saturday she was doing worse and barely moving so I brought her to an ER vet. They said she was having congestive heart failure and she wouldn't make it. There was so much fluid in her chest it was crushing her lungs. I was entirely unprepared for that because for years I had been told there was a problem with her respiratory system by banfield vets. She died not much later in my arms. I’ve had their wellness plan for years and I thought I could trust these doctors but not a single one was concerned about finding the root cause of her disease. If they had found it sooner, she could have had many more comfortable months if not years to live and I wouldn’t be devastated over the loss of my best friend right now. I will never bring another pet here and I will make sure everyone I know, doesnt as well.

Eveyone is so lovely, and makes sure your fur baby us well taken care of. From the girls at check out to the nurses, and the Doctor. My puppy is never stressed out going in, and last time we visited they gave him a Good Boy bandana 😊

I decided to bring my puppy to this location based on other positive reviews, and I have to say: I am so happy with this decision! In addition to the wonderful experiences I have had getting him vaccinated, my Tommy had to have emergency surgery this morning, and I felt comfortable and confident that he was in good hands the whole time. (I did not feel this way about other locations with my last puppy...) I am very happy that my boy is in the care of an entire office of Techs, Nurses, and Doctors who genuinely care about their patients, as well as the pet parents! Thank you for taking care of my baby today!
