Brought my 11 year old baby in for an odd spot on her stomach. The vet immediately recommended a full mastectomy ($4000 total) due to “older cats getting breast cancer”. Followed up with another vet (Lake Mary Veternarian Hospital) and was thankfully informed that it was only a MARK from her being spayed… nothing close to breast cancer. Lake Mary Vet immediately guessed which vet I came from, and told me to not return to Banfield. It’s hard to trust corportate veteranian offices that push spending money, and joining memberships rather than the animal’s well being.

The Colonial Center Banfield staff is very good and always makes sure to keep me informed of the outcome of exams and follow-up. Very professional and positive

I need to say that is really great services, professional and very amicable. Every single staff member in a different office no matter which one I visit. My first experience was in Killing, TX the 2nd one I get there by mistake and the staff take car e of us very sweet and direct us to the correct place at TownCenter Lake Mary. My primary staff is good but this staff of Bandfield ARE AMAZING. It's not just when you are the office the even contact me the next business day to check on my babies. I LOVE THEM and HIGHLY RECOMMEND🥰🥰🥰🥰

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! The facility is super clean. My puppy came down with Kennel Cough. I was super worried, but they took great care of him, answered all my questions and now he’s back to normal. The wait time to pick him up either took exactly how much time they told me it would or shorter. Highly recommend!

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
