I was trying to get a part of mine installed so that I could have air conditioning back in my car and they stated they would not be able to replace it I would have to buy the part through them and I would only be able to do it Monday through Friday because they are understaffed on the weekends which is not my fault so basically I will never use Jiffy Lube ever again I truly have never dealt with a company that is so horrible with customer service they will be getting a call to the corporate office as well I was never used to feeling again in my life

Called at the last minute after calling 3 other places to have tires checked since one was losing air. Told me to come right in. They fit me in. Will definitely be going back for other car issues.
