This place was FANTASTIC. I had planned to use Uhaul and started looking at locations and prices. Uhaul had inconvenient locations for where we needed plus the price and only being able to have it for a designated amount of time. I remembered a friend used Penske so I thought I'd just give it a quick internet search. I am SO glad I did! I found that there was a buy 1 day, get a second for free deal but couldn't get the coupon to work quite right online. Then I called this location directly and they were so helpful and friendly! They were able to get the coupon to work and gave an estimated total price after we provided a rough guess of mileage. Also...since we rented this on a Friday plus the get one day free...plus they are closed on Sundays....we had this truck from Friday through Sunday for the price of 1 day which was only a $90 fee. They were even so friendly to say that we could even keep it until Monday morning as long as we returned it by 8am. We ended up returning it on Sunday because we didn't need it any longer but it was a really kind gesture. I know we picked up the truck with John helping and I think I spoke with a Paul on the phone when making the first reservation. Honestly, this was the best experience! Don't go anywhere else!

I had rented a moving truck in Florida and had a number of issues with it along my 1300-mile move to Wisconsin. When we dropped it off, Jon came out to discuss the maintenance issues we had (needing to put air in the tires 3 times, adding a quart of oil, the truck shaking over 50MPH, and cruise control shutting off after 10 minutes) and agreed that this particular vehicle should have never been rented out for a cross-country move. They were going to inspect it and do proper maintenance before it gets rented again and likely only for in-town/short rentals in the future.
