This place is hit or miss I would say go elsewhere or you can expect to be here for hours on end for something very minor even with an appointment. Don't take your family here there is better options Dr. Gessert is a Quack

Actually this would be a 5-star review but after the call I just received about my test results I will not be returning to this urgent care or Aurora for that matter. I was basically told my test results were “fine” - no further explanation even though My Chart said something came up. Also I was not instructed on whether I should continue take the antibiotics I was prescribed. I really hope someone there is reading this as I would like an apology for being completely disregarded as a patient who paid good money to allow them to care for me.

No complaints at all. Made appointment online. Was seen by doctor within 15 minutes of assigned time. Whole thing took about 1hr45min with xrays and EKG. Doctor was thorough and took time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I would definitely feel comfortable going back.

Went in for horrible body aches. I had the 2nd covid vaccine the day before. Without even taking my vitals or temperature, the nurse comes in and tells me there is nothing they can do. I was in tears from how much pain I was in. She didn't credits normal to be in pain". I went to the ER. My temp was 102.5. My blood pressure was 191/95. Turned out I had a uti on top of the vaccine. That nurse made me feel ashamed to work for Aurora.
