Another great visit to Carrabba's. The food was fantastic as always. We had Adam as our server again. This guy is amazing. You can tell he really enjoys his job. I am looking forward to our next visit. Make sure you ask for Adam!

Food and service was good! I had the Tuscan grilled chicken with Parmesan truffle fries and Cesar salad. Portions were large.

It’s AKM

Seriously delicious! Way better than any Olive Garden! The bread with oil and herbs that you get for free was super delicious! My boyfriend got the pork chops. I usually am not fond of pork chops - ever, but i tries his and they were to die for! I had the chicken ravioli I forget what it’s called but it was fantastic! Also the bathroom stalls were very private with full closed doors which was super cool. Will definitely be back again!

While I'm not quite sure why we've never eaten at Carabba's before - I guess we've always just veered to Bonefish Grill instead - we stopped for my daughter's birthday dinner on Friday, June 25th, as she is a fan of Italian cuisine.  We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously.  We were surprised that it wasn't too busy as it was an early Friday evening at a restaurant in Brookfield.  Carabba's has a dark, rustic Italian wine cellar vibe.  The service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The meal started with warm Italian bread and herbed olive oil.  For starters we ordered mozzarella sticks and fried calamari - both lightly breaded, crispy and served with a tasty marinara dipping sauce.  We had caesar and house Italian salads before the entrees arrived.  For dinner we had:  Salmon Saporito with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Rigatoni Martino, Lobster Ravioli & the Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye with Spicy Sicilian Butter and Fries.  Portions were ample, everyone enjoyed their meals and the Italian food cravings were completely satisfied.  We told the server that it was our daughter's birthday dinner.  At the end of the meal, the server presented our daughter a birthday card signed by all of the employees and a piece of Sogno Di Ciocclata with a lit candle and four forks for sharing - gratis - this was a really nice, personal touch and really made our evening at Carabba's.  Forget The Olive Garden - for Italian in Brookfield, Carabba's is where it's at.
