Gotta tell you. This is usually my go to place. Here twice a week. Went on June 4th at 8:15. Ordered my geloti as usual with a lid. Got home and there was practically no ice cream on top or bottom. I mean about 2 spoons on top and maybe one on the bottom. The water ice was full of gaps. It's was just sad to call this complete. I know the owner was there so maybe she was trying to save him money. I really have to question going back and if she is working I'll just pass on by. This girl has worked there for a couple of years

Oh my STARS! I absolutely love this place! I can't wait to come back! It was my first original gelati and I LOVED IT! i got mango and birthday cake! It was wonderful! There was a line, but the two ladies quick worked through it! We wait for only 10-15minutes! It was definitely worth it!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walk up the window with my 5 ice cream order and get "oh great she has a list, I should have shut the light off 10 minutes ago, we're never getting out of here!" The whole time they were making my order they used the F work at least 4 times in reference to the kids all calling out. Absolutely ridiculous the owners would behave like that in front of paying customers.
