Drove from Madison WI and my online order isn't don't yet.. ??? Ticket wasn't pulled until I walked in the door to ask for my order. Where's the convenience in online. Over 1 hour, when asked cashier to speak to a manager, she tell cashier and every one in here well she just gonna have to wait.... I'm trying to do 4 jobs.... after I've worked 6-14 hr days straight... I would expect a little more professionalism and respect. Corporate needs to come correct this site..... 5:22pm order.. an hour drive, walk in 6:33pm its almost 7 and still serving people walking in the door, I've been on the phone and off with customer service nothing,

Waited for about 35 minutes in the drive thru for a ordered and paid for meal. Staff was rude when we received incorrect items. When we finally where able to eat our food the Coleslaw was near rancid, and there was no utensils.

Put in a mobile order today, got there & it wasn't ready. A manager was in the back discussing with 2 other employees another worker. I was waiting 30 minutes for my food. I finally gave up after someone else's order that ordered after me. I brought this up & asked for my money back. The manager started yelling at me & told to get out. As I sat down & contacted customer service for my money back, another so called manager came over & threatened me & kicked me out. I went outside & called corporate about this & will be getting ahold of the owner. I drove to the Rockford store & was in & out in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly service there. Service at Loves Park is horrible.

Just ewww. We ordered through the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes for our food. I got tired of sitting there and decided to go inside. Huge mistake!!! It's like they hired people that don't know how to handle food properly. No hair/beard nets or even gloves for those being hands-on with the food. Two of the employees one I believe being a cook went outside to have a cigarette they came back in but didn't wash their hands just went back to work. The other associate was scratching her face and then proceeded to complete our order. We had to wait for biscuits and a guy came around the corner sweating profusely carrying them. We ended up eating very little and throwing the rest away. Now I'm feeling a little queasy to my stomach hours after and if it's food poisoning I definitely know where I got it from. If you don't care who's handling your food and how they're handling it just stay in the Drive-Thru don't go inside. It was a waste of $25 honestly. I don't know if I need to contact the health department or just leave it be but never to return.

Very good and safe, staff wearing masks and gloves. No indoor dining, as far as I know, but that would be the loves park and east state locations. We go to Auburn st. Location which is drive thru (or walk up to front window and order/pick up) donuts way safer. We prefer this location because they are the fastest and food is SUPER fresh compared to Loves park, who is also way slower. We dont go to E. State st, just because it's not close to us, but I did go thru drive thru one.time and they were as good as Auburn location..and the chicken sandwich is the BEST!!! LOVE IT!

Why was i in line for 32 minutes and the line didn't move... you need more motivated people. When there is a line they slow down. You're losing so much revenue. 4 people left before I did. It's sad

. Popeyes is very slow! Very good food but sometimes its not even worth it. By the time you get your food your upset and don't want to eat. Since their so busy they need more people. I was in there the other day. They were motivated and moved quickly but it gets to busy where they need more workers. Too many consumers and not enough workers.

Why is there phone ringing busy I just want to know if they sold out the chicken sandwich
