I have been a AAA member for 10 years and I truly enjoy the benefits. I often visit this location for all of my DMV needs from registration to duplicate titles. I recently visited to take passport pictures for my renewal. An agent named Lawrie was quite informative about all of the latest laws regarding passports. He was witty and friendly during our conversation. I usually tend to wait 10 minutes or less to be assisted and they have a great staff!

0 STARS more appropriate. Needed road side service for flat tire. Service NO SHOWED. Family member had to change tire and auto sustained damage. Called to complain with customer service and talked to 3 different agents with faulty phone connection. Finally, I was told they would get back to me in 3-5 days depending on complaint volume. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer experience. DEPLORABLE COMPANY. THINK AGAIN before doing business with this company

Nice location. Called AAA to see if I could make an appointment and they don't take appointments. The lady was like "you can just walk in" but she should have said "you can ONLY walk in". At least the staff in the actual office was nice.

Full service. Friendly service. Couldn't ask for better. Took some checks that an elderly relative received over a year ago because of the pandemic and had not gotten them to the bank. They took them and sent new ones. Also spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with a rep exploring discounts and other changes to reduce auto rates.

I just got mine in March and was told I could only do it at the DMV. I made an appointment online for the Fullerton DMV and the whole process when I got there took less than a half an hour. Just remember you need to take your birth certificate, social security card and a utility bill with you.
Yes
Yes
No you just need a membership. You might have to wait a bit because of covid-19, but I was seen within 20 minutes and was able to wait in my car
Yes if you are a member you can register a car at AAA. Be aware they only take cash or check for registration, and no Credit/Debit card.
No you can go right in. Just wear a mask

Yes
You can pay for your registration to get your tags here for sure.
No only vehicle registration at AAA.
Yes they offer notary service
Call the 800 # on your AAA card.
Consult an Attorney as it is an asset and part of his estate. Yes you can change ownership at AAA provided the title had been signed over to you.
Call police. They will mark it and after (about) 72-96 hours they will have it towed. If it is your vehicle donate it to one if the charities seen on TV. Some will even give you some cash for salvageable vehicles. Good luck. Be patient
No, you cannot. You can get a temporary change card (just a piece of paper you write your address on) there, but to officially change it, you have to go to the DMV.
I believe you can
No
Yes we just got ours there but a phone call would work too to make sure every branch does it
No
I just did this. You can get the form, but it had to be submitted directly to DVM.
Yes
100 miles on 2 trips per year
You may need to go to an actual dmv office to accomplish this.
A simple tag transfer form with the fee takes care of it. Remember to take the tags you are keeping off of the old vehicle. Dealers remove and surrender them to DMV if you don't.
