We came to this spot twice already, and both times weren’t super satisfying. After the first time our fuel efficiency dropped by two miles per gallon, which might not be their mistake, but still. The second visit was also dissatisfying because we came in and left the car, and they did not provide a car for rent for us, nor a transfer, which was very inconvenient because we had to walk to the nearby plaza and wait there. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our experience at this location.

I went to the dealership yesterday to talk to one of the dealers that I met, Tarek Abdelmuti, to see how he could help me as I was in the market for a new car. He was straightforward and honest and I loved the interaction I had with him. As new cars are a little difficult to get right now, he instead had me turned to cars that had been on the lots that were used, but fairly recent years. He helped me pick an amazing car that had everything that I had originally been looking for and worked with me to make sure that I was getting the car at a good fair price. Tarek was amazing in his helpful service and was able to tell me about each of the cars that I was interested in with great detail and their highlighted features. He helped me pick out this beautiful 2020 Corolla SE that I absolutely love and adore. Just finished finalizing everything today. I will for sure be coming to him when it's time for a new car in the future.

I highly recommend Tustin Toyota if your buying a car. I loved how i was treated like a friend. The salesman Ray and the sales manager Mario were great and answered all my calls and answered all my questions. Go check them out and Toyota quality is the reason why i bought my 2022 Camry TRD. I love my car!!!

Great service! I've leased, bought out said lease, and also financed a car here. Most recent experience is with Leo C, he helped me secure a Lunar Rock Rav 4 hybrid when it was pretty tough to get one (just a few weeks ago with all the shortages and issues at the port). Leo kept me updated and let me know as soon as the car I wanted came in. He was very accommodating and transparent about the process and all costs associated with my visit / purchase. He also helped my mom buyout the car that I mentioned earlier and that was also very smooth and easy. He is super helpful, friendly and fast to respond to any question you have. Nathan T was also very helpful during the process of financing my new Rav 4. He was also transparent about costs and made it easy for me to see what the best prices were for warranties etc. No pushy sales people here - everyone was super friendly, nice, and they even provided 4 free subway meals since my family accompanied me during the visit. Would definitely recommend and will visit again when it's time for another car!
