Called to place a order. Got put on hold for a long time. Hung and tried again. I called about 60 times and it went straight to voice mail. Never got through again to place an order. That is just ridiculous.

Food was great! But one of the employees at the counter should really work on her customer service skills, fast food is stressful I get it, but just being snippy and short for no reason is just uncalled for, especially when it's not busy on the inside.

Normally when I come here I get the chili cheeseburger plate with fries and slaw, my littles get the 2 plain cheeseburger plates all fries and my teen gets the cheeseburger plate all fries. Sometimes we'll also get a onion ring plate or if we go to zaxbys we'll stop here and get an onion ring plate cause they're so good and compliment it nicely. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and kind. The tea is always nice and the lemon juice is icing on top and finishes it beautifully. 10/10 will definitely return.

The reason for two stars is it could have been worse. The young lady taking my order couldn't describe the food that she was serving when asked about it. I ordered the burger club for $9 . My daughter ordered the chili burger for $7.50. The burger club was basically a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes on three slices of bread. The burger pattie was lukewarm. I was not sure if the cook, I use that term loosely grilled the burger, or stuck it in his armpit to warm it up. The flavor was bland. The fries were also lukewarm and had no flavor. To make up for that they gave us 10 packets of salt. The coleslaw was mediocre at best. My daughter's chili burger was barely noticeable on the oversized buns that they gave her. You had to remove the bun to see the splattering of chili thrown on top. Her burger like mine was lukewarm and the chili had no flavor. To say that our experience was unsatisfactory would be an overwhelming understatement. I would never eat at this restaurant again due to the price of the meals and the fact that the food was just overall not pleasant. My daughter also mentioned that the best tasting item on her plate was the ketchup. In her words the french fries tasted like cardboard. I hope this helps to move people away from this restaurant before they spend way too much money for way too little food in and an unsatisfactory experience thank you for your time.
