I can't remember a Taco Bell that had sick quick service! They did great! And the customer service was TOP NOTCH!!! Thank you goes to the lady with pink nails and the gal who made the food! Thank you so much!

They always, always get the order wrong or forget an item..order cheese quesadilla no jalapeno sauce, made it with sauce. Called them and gave me a plain one next day. However, it gets tiring going back to get items they forget or get wrong!

I wish I could give zero stars for customer service. Many of us from the office visit this Taco Bell every week. I do not appreciate sitting for an extended amount of time waiting on someone to take my order when I am on a one hour lunch break. Secondly, when I pull around to the window looking for assistance, I do not need the 12 year old child at the window ask me if I want to come in. If I wanted to come in I would have chosen to do so before wasting my twenty minutes at the drive thru. People go through fast food for the convenience of the drive thru. Lastly, it is TERRIBLE and UNEXCUSABLE to have the window shut in my face with no one to return to take the order. You have lost an office of customers. We will choose to spend our money elsewhere.

We go to Taco Bell when traveling because we can order anything without meat in it. The pics show as advertised and reality. They gave us no utensils so we went back and were given a packet with 2 spoons inside. Returned again for a fork but they didn’t have any. The Crunchwrap supreme had meat in it instead of beans. Had to throw it out as we were already back on interstate when I opened it. This bowl had 1 teaspoon of black beans in it. Disappointing. Waste of $.
