Terrible experience. We waited 1 hour and 45 min for our food before we left without eating. Staff didn’t tell us the food would take that long. They never even came to see if we needed more drinks. We had to keep getting up and ask the bartender. Never again

We were so excited to have Mexican for lunch. It was such a disappointment. Our service was great but the food was terrible. The veggie burrito had the oddest vegetables in it- hard broccoli stems, cauliflower, and carrots. It didn’t even taste Mexican. My husband’s meal had completely different ingredients on the menu than it did on his plate. We couldn’t even eat most of the food. They took my meal off the bill which was very nice. We really wanted good food through- not a discount. 🙁

So I ordered the lunch special Pollo Fundido. As you can see the price is $8.55. I ordered the lunch special because I was paying for multiple meals and wanted to save a few dollars. When they rang me up she put $9.55. I asked her what the price was? The menu says $8.55. She proceeded to tell me “yes it’s more because the cost of food has went up, we didn’t want to have to do it but we had to raise our prices.” I’m sorry but you either change the prices in your menu or you honor the prices you’re advertising. My order is Togo so I haven’t even tried the food yet but am already disappointed in the service.

ROBERT and I just got thorough eating at EL CHILE ROJO . IT was very delicious 😋 food. But we're getting to take some home, because they were Some leftovers. You sure 👍 get your money worth.
